Generally, payment is only made when a trust company or other professional person/organisation is acting as your Attorney.Should I have my Attorney prepare financial statements?You can require your Attorney to prepare periodical financial statements and send them to your accountant, lawyer or some other person you choose. This is a good deal of work, however, and most people do not require it of unpaid Attorneys.Note Attorneys should keep records of their actions.What are co-owned assets?If your Attorney is a family member, you may be join t owners of property.
